css初始化代碼方案

　　為了消除各瀏覽器對(duì)css默認(rèn)的設(shè)置，保持網(wǎng)頁(yè)在各瀏覽器中的外觀保持一致，初始化css就顯得非常必要了！很多時(shí)候出現(xiàn)的樣式不兼容問(wèn)題，都可以通過(guò)css初始化代碼來(lái)解決。下面列舉常用的一些方案：

1.最耗資源的，最簡(jiǎn)單的
