You have a balanced diet. Diet just means what food you take into your body.就是指你所吃的東西,不管是飲料還是食物。
A diet needs to be healthy and scientific. 又要健康又要科學(xué)。
Well, what kind of things can we eat in order to be healthy? Of course, fruit and vegetables.很多新鮮的蔬菜和水果都有益于身體健康。
Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables will help you to stay healthy. Lots of brown rice /vegetables and fruit/ non-processed(未處理過的) food食物
If you exercise just a little every day, whether going swimming, running(except in Beijing, a little bit difficult) or going to the gym.不管是游泳、跑步還是去健身房,肯定是有益于健康。So going to the gym, having a balanced diet is one sure way to stay in tip-top condition.
Sometimes we see words related to our health on the back of boxes of food. For example we say rich in calcium(鈣)。
If you burn off more calories than you take in, you will lose weight and stay in shape.如果你耗掉的卡路里比攝入的多,你肯定會健康的,而且瘦身。
There are lots of foods out there. All you need to do is to spend a little time finding them. A good source of protein is Doujiang——the soy bean milk(豆?jié){). Do you like to have soy bean milk in the morning for breakfast? Even though tastes a little bit strange, it's still very good for you.
