“兩全一雙”:教師教育培養(yǎng)模式建構(gòu)
摘要 隨著我國教師教育培養(yǎng)體制的調(diào)整變革,普通師范院校同非師范院校的競(jìng)爭日益加劇。面對(duì)生存發(fā)展空間遭遇擠壓,普通師范院校應(yīng)弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì),彰顯自身科類特色,創(chuàng)新教師教育模式,培養(yǎng)符合社會(huì)需求的基礎(chǔ)教育師資。經(jīng)過幾年的實(shí)踐探索和調(diào)整完善,我們提出的"兩全一雙"(全科教育+全程實(shí)踐+雙向互動(dòng))培養(yǎng)模式,有效促進(jìn)了師范生專業(yè)成長,引領(lǐng)帶動(dòng)了屬地基礎(chǔ)教育快速發(fā)展,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了普通高師院校人才培養(yǎng)與地方基礎(chǔ)教育師資建設(shè)的互促雙贏。 As the reform of the teachers' education and cultivation system in our country goes,normal colleges have faced serious competition with comprehensive colleges.Confronted with the pressed reality,normal colleges should carry forward traditional advantages,reveal their own characteristics,convert pattern of the teachers' education,so as to cultivate fundamental teaching resources suitable for the social needs.After several years of practical exploration and perfection the authors are to propose the cultivation pattern consisting of general education,whole practice,and two-way interaction,promoting effectively the professional development of normal college students;leading and improving rapid development of fundamental education locally,and realizing generally a win-win situation and the mutual promotion of normal colleges' talents training and local construction of fundamental teaching resources.
