The yogic science of breath is termed ”pranayama”
瑜伽中呼吸的術(shù)語是”pranayama”
Ayama means to control, to regulate and extend.
Ayama 意為控制、調(diào)節(jié)和延伸
Vinyasa bringing
串聯(lián)體位呼吸法
When practicing Vinyasa, you inhale and exhale slowly, smoothly and completely. You expand the capacity of your lungs. By bringing in oxygen with each breath, you feed your brain, blood and muscles from the energy brought in by the oxygenated blood pumping through your body.
在練習(xí)串聯(lián)體位法時,吸氣、呼氣要保持緩慢、均勻并且完整,擴大肺部容量。隨著每次呼吸帶入氧氣,經(jīng)過氧化的血液貫穿整個身體,它所帶來的能量滋養(yǎng)著人的腦部、血液和肌肉。

呼吸的重要性
Oxygen is the most vital nutrient for our bodies. It is essential for the integrity of the brain, nerves, glands and internal organs.
氧氣是人體中最關(guān)鍵的養(yǎng)分,它對于我們的大腦、神經(jīng)、各個腺體和內(nèi)部器官的完整性是至關(guān)重要的。
The brain requires more oxygen than any other organ. If it doesn’t get enough, the result is negative thoughts, depression and eventually, vision and hearing decline.
大腦比人體的任何其他器官都更需要氧氣。如果大腦供氧不足,會導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生負面思想,消極情緒,甚至視力和聽力下降的后果。
The general principles when practice pranayama
練習(xí)呼吸法的基本原則
Never push to the point of weariness and should not be repeated too often.
永遠不要強迫自己到疲勞的臨界點,并且不應(yīng)該太頻繁地重復(fù)
Should be given full concentration while being practice.
練習(xí)時應(yīng)保持注意力完全集中
Those who suffer from chronic shortness of breath, should not practice.
患有氣短等慢性呼吸道疾病的人應(yīng)避免練習(xí)
During practice we should let ourselves take short breath if we need to do that.
在練習(xí)過程中,我們應(yīng)允許自己在需要的時候做一些短呼吸
Uneven exhalation could be sign of illness.
呼氣不均勻可能是疾病的征兆
Physical exercises(asana)should mastered before advanced pranayama is attempted.
應(yīng)當在掌握好身體的練習(xí)(體位法)后才可嘗試進階的呼吸法
Inhalation directed to the thorax increases heart rate, while inhalation directed to the abdominal region decreases the heart rate.
采用胸部吸氣可加快心率,而采用腹部吸氣則會減緩心率。
Prana is energy. It is the self-energizing force, embraces the body will extension, expansion and control.
“Prana”是生命之氣,是一種自我激勵的能量,擁有這股能量,身體將會得到延展,擴張和控制。
