品香、斗茶、插花、掛畫被譽為文人四大雅事。是宋代文人精緻生活中不可或缺的“四藝”。亦稱“四事”，即透過嗅覺、味覺、觸覺與視覺品味日常生活，將日常生活提升至藝術(shù)境界。古人焚香是為了享受高雅，也是宮廷貴族們顯示身份的象征。曾幾何時，燕居焚香，士大夫們把盞聞香的生活意趣，帶著一縷香的溫馨漸行漸遠。時至今日，藏香、品香、賞香，又已成為眾多人士的雅好。在現(xiàn)代喧囂鬧市生活中也需要此般動中求靜的意境，越來越多的都市文人選擇安靜下來，與友人品香品茗，來一場寧靜的心靈之旅。
Tasting incense, competing tea, arranging flower and hanging painting are known as the four elegant things of literati. It is indispensable “four arts” in exquisite life of literati in Song Dynasty. “Four things”, which is mean to taste the daily life through the smell, taste, touch and vision and elevate the daily life to an artistic realm. Ancient people burned incense to enjoy elegance, but also is the symbol of the noble of the court. Once upon a time, scholar officials put the tasting incense of life with a wisp of sweet warmth gradually far away. Today, collecting incense, tasting incense and appreciating incense has become many people's elegant. In this noisy modern life, we need this kind of quiet mood, more and more urban literati choose to quiet down, to taste incense and tea with some friends, to have a quiet journey of the soul.
[焚香] 一縷沉馥馨香，舒緩俗世煩憂
中國用的香歷史可追溯至春秋之前，盛唐時期調(diào)香、熏香、評香已成為高雅藝術(shù)，香道文化儼然成形。宋代發(fā)展更達到鼎盛，香文化融入日常生活，文人雅士相聚品香讀書，一邊享受氤氳香氣，一邊讀經(jīng)談畫論道。歷代不少帝王將相、文人墨客皆惜香如金、愛香成癖，甚至有文人感嘆：“無香何以為聚”！
Burning incense: decrease the annoyance by burning incense
The history of incense in China can be traced back to the spring and autumn period. In the high tang dynasty, incense blending, incense burning and incense evaluation became an elegant art, and incense culture took shape. The development of the song dynasty reached its peak. Incense culture was integrated into daily life. Scholars gathered together to taste incense and read books, enjoying dense fragrance while reading classics and discussing painting.Many emperors, generals and ministers, scholars and writers all cherish incense as gold, love incense into a habit, even some scholars sigh: 'no incense why gather'.
[篆香] 又稱印香，是用香篆模具框范、壓印香粉而成的香形式。它在隋唐時期出現(xiàn)，并于唐宋時期開始流行，篆香又稱百刻香。它將一晝夜劃分為一百個刻度，寺院常用其作為計時器來使用。從宋代起，出現(xiàn)了各種香材研磨混合的方法，稱之為合香。合香加蜜后可制成丸狀、餅狀、也可以粉末的形式使用。為了便于點燃，合香粉可用模具壓印成固定字型或花樣，然后點燃，循序燃盡。這種方式稱之為“香篆”。
Zhuan xiang Also known as printing incense, is a incense seal molds, imprinted incense powder into the form of incense. It appeared in the sui and tang dynasties and became popular in the tang and song dynasties. It divides the day and night into one hundred scales and is often used as a timepiece in monasteries.Since the song dynasty, there has a variety of incense grinding and mixing methods, known as mixing incense. It can be made into pill shape, cake shape or powder form. In order to facilitate the ignition, the powder can be stamped into a mold fixed type or pattern, and then lit, step by step burn out. This method is called 'xiang zhuan'。
[品茗] 一壺沉香好茶，款待遠方友人

沉香乃至陽之物，據(jù)《本草綱目》中記載：沉香木具有強烈的抗菌效能、香氣入脾、清神理氣、補五臟、止咳化痰、暖胃溫脾、通氣定痛、能入藥，是上等藥材極品。福鼎白茶素有“一年茶、三年藥、七年寶”之說”此次品鑒白茶產(chǎn)自于中國白茶核心產(chǎn)地，福建福鼎。出自白茶唯一國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)傳承人--梅相靖之作。白茶茶性偏寒涼配以至陽之物的沉香，調(diào)和其涼性，降其燥性。增強其飲用功效。
