 "Certificate") is issued in single original (valid with seal), and any duplicate or photocopy of the

 Certificate bears no validity.

2、本“存款證明”不得轉(zhuǎn)讓,不能作為提取上述存款的憑證。

 The Certificate of Deposit is non-negotiable and cannot be presented to the bank for disbursement.

3、本“存款證明”不具有銀行經(jīng)濟(jì)擔(dān)保作用,不得作為質(zhì)押憑證本“存款證明”僅證明存款人在一定期限內(nèi)在銀行有一定存款,且該存款在“存款證明”有效期限內(nèi)不得辦理取現(xiàn)、轉(zhuǎn)賬。

 The Certificate of Deposit cannot be taken as an instrument of guarantee or collateral issued by the bank. It only proves that the depositor has deposit with the bank in a fixed term and the deposit stated

 on the Certificate cannot be withdrawn or transferred within the valid period of the Certificate.

4、“存款證明”的接受人保留本“存款證明正本是維持“存款證明”證明效力的唯一條件。

 The original Certificate of Deposit shall be retained by its recipient and will be invalid otherwise.

5、本“存款證明”的接受人應(yīng)特別注意,在“存款證明”所載明的截止日(含)之前,“存款證明”的申請(qǐng)人將“存款證明”正本全部退回銀行后,“存款證明”的申請(qǐng)人有權(quán)要求銀行對(duì)“存款證明”項(xiàng)下款項(xiàng)解除凍結(jié)。

 The recipient of this Certificate shall be aware that the applicant of the Certificate is entitled to request the bank to unfreeze the accounts under the Certificate before or on the closing date indicated therein upon the return of the original Certificate to the bank.

6、在“存款證明”所載明的期限內(nèi),因有權(quán)機(jī)關(guān)扣劃等行為而導(dǎo)致本“存款證明”項(xiàng)下的金額與實(shí)際不符的情況,銀行不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。

 The bank does not assume any responsibility or liability for any difference that may arise between

 the amount(s) shown in the Certificate of Deposit and the actual amount(s) in the above shown account(s) due to any deduction/transfer by competent authorities within the valid period stated on the Certificate.

7、中國(guó)銀行自2012年7月22日起啟用本格式。

 This format becomes effective as of July 22, 2012
