索菲亞·別爾斯 (英譯：Sophia Behrs)，1844年8月22日-1919年11月4日，是杰出的俄國作家列夫·托爾斯泰的妻子。1862年9月17日，在托爾斯泰交給了索菲亞自己手寫的求婚書后，兩人正式訂婚了，并在一周后于莫斯科成婚。當(dāng)時，托爾斯泰已憑借《哥薩克》成了著名的小說家?；楹笏鞣苼啚檎煞虻奈膶W(xué)創(chuàng)作事業(yè)奉獻(xiàn)了許多，同時據(jù)考證，托翁以索菲亞為原型，創(chuàng)作了《戰(zhàn)爭與和平》中的娜塔莎與《安娜·卡列尼娜》中的基蒂。
