新生注冊(cè)需提供（或準(zhǔn)備）資料:

Documents needed when enrollment:

1、父母身份證復(fù)印件

2、家庭戶(hù)口簿（戶(hù)主頁(yè)及學(xué)生本人頁(yè)，復(fù)印在一張紙）復(fù)印件2份（備注：外籍學(xué)生提供護(hù)照復(fù)印件即可）

3、學(xué)生本人身份證復(fù)印件（如無(wú)，暫時(shí)不上交，家長(zhǎng)要做好計(jì)劃抓緊辦理）

4、區(qū)級(jí)以上（含區(qū)級(jí)）醫(yī)院體檢表原件及復(fù)印件

5、學(xué)生學(xué)籍表1份（國(guó)網(wǎng)學(xué)籍表）

6、彩色一寸照片6張

7、預(yù)防接種證原件

8、出生證復(fù)印件

1、Copies of Parents’ ID cards

2、Two copies of Residence booklet (including home page and personal data page, copied on a piece of paper)

(Note: Foreign students are required to provide copies of their passports only.)

3、Copies of student’s ID card (if not, then parents should apply as soon as possible)

4、Medical Examination Report（Original ?） provided by county level hospitals or above.

5、Student’s Status Form registered in national education website

6、6 copies of one-inch color photos

7、Original Vaccination Card

8、Copy of Birth Certificate 

學(xué)校配備的物品有（以下均不再收費(fèi)）:

Items the school provide (for free):

1、走讀生：書(shū)包、校服、純凈水、餐具

2、住宿生：書(shū)包、校服、空調(diào)、床、衣柜、被褥、蚊帳、枕頭、床單、臉盆、牙杯、牙膏、牙刷、毛巾、衣夾、衣架、紙巾、沐浴露、洗發(fā)水等。

1、Day students: school bag, uniform, drinking water, tableware

2、 Boarders: school bag, uniform, air conditioner, bed, wardrobe, blanket, mosquito net, pillow, sheet, washbasin, tooth cup, toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, clothespins, clothes hangers, tissue, shower gel, shampoo, etc.

學(xué)生個(gè)人需準(zhǔn)備的物品有:

Items students need to prepare:

1、走讀生：水杯2個(gè)（教室、宿舍各1個(gè)）

2、住校生：水杯2個(gè)（教室、宿舍各1個(gè)）、換洗衣服2-3套、運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋、浴巾、拖鞋

1、Day Students: 2 cups (one in classroom, the other in dormitory)

2、Boarders: 2 cups (one in classroom, the other in dormitory), 2-3 sets of clothes, sports shoes,a bath towel and slippers.

學(xué)生須嚴(yán)格遵守的學(xué)校規(guī)章制度：

School rules and regulations that students should obey:

1、不準(zhǔn)攜帶手機(jī)、游戲機(jī)、刀具、打火機(jī)、零食、電器、低級(jí)粗俗的書(shū)刊雜志。

2、男生不準(zhǔn)留長(zhǎng)發(fā)及染發(fā)，不準(zhǔn)著奇裝異服，不準(zhǔn)有紋身，不準(zhǔn)有抽煙、喝酒、不準(zhǔn)打架斗毆的惡習(xí)。

3、女生不準(zhǔn)留異發(fā)及染發(fā)，不準(zhǔn)化妝、不準(zhǔn)佩戴金銀首飾品。

1、Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones, game consoles, knives, lighters, snacks, electric appliances, vulgar books and magazines.

2、Boys are not allowed to have long hair or colored hair, or wearing clothes that are not suitable. Incidents of violence, having tattoos, smoking and drinking alcohol are forbidden. 

3、Girls are not allowed to have strange hairstyle or colored hair. Making up or  wearing  jewelries are not allowed, either.
