在接受《中國日?qǐng)?bào)》的獨(dú)家專訪時(shí),劉畊宏說,不論是《本草綱目》,還是《陽光宅男》,還有讓人“聞風(fēng)喪膽”的《龍拳》,他教練編排的這些健身操都是廣泛適用于健身小白(greenhorn exercisers)的,關(guān)鍵是要注意幾個(gè)基礎(chǔ)動(dòng)作。

深蹲
Squat
深蹲是增強(qiáng)腿部和臀部力量、發(fā)展核心力量(core strength)必不可少的練習(xí)。
深蹲不只是深深地蹲下去。劉教練一語道破深蹲要領(lǐng)的玄機(jī):“不是膝蓋蹲下去,而是屁股向后坐?!?/strong>深蹲是髖、膝的雙關(guān)節(jié)動(dòng)作,有的健身教練會(huì)說“膝蓋不要超過腳尖”,有的教練說“后背挺直向后曲髖”,其實(shí)都是一個(gè)意思。注意同時(shí)腰背挺直,收緊腹部。Squatting is a double joint action that uses the hips and knees. Some coaches say 'knees don't extend further than the toes' and some say 'keep your back straight and bend your hips back'. They both mean the same thing.
劉教練語錄:下蹲的時(shí)候,記得屁股向后坐!“When squatting, sit back!” 把髖關(guān)節(jié)向外打開,向上踢腿,用腳踢到手,這個(gè)動(dòng)作和踢毽子的動(dòng)作要領(lǐng)差不多。劉教練說,雖然毽子操最近突然變得非?;?,但它可不是剛剛編出來的,而是已經(jīng)有20多年的歷史了,在自己的健身書和以前的健身類綜藝節(jié)目中都有介紹過。這個(gè)動(dòng)作可以很好地增強(qiáng)髖關(guān)節(jié)的靈活性,而且鍛煉到大腿的主動(dòng)肌群和腰腹部的協(xié)動(dòng)肌群。關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)在于向外打開髖,而且腳主動(dòng)地向上踢。This motion can improve the flexibility of the hip joints, and exercise the active muscles of the thighs and the cooperative muscles around the waist and abdomen. The key point is to open the hips outward and take the initiative to kick up.
劉教練語錄:練會(huì)了這個(gè)動(dòng)作你該去干嘛?去踢毽子啊!鍛煉效果又好又有趣!“What is this motion for? Kick the shuttlecock! Literally go kick, the exercise is fun, with great effects!”這是劉教練講解的讓CD君受益最大的動(dòng)作。劉教練把動(dòng)作分解后,CD君才知道,之前我都做錯(cuò)了!首先,把重心放在左腳上,將右腿向外側(cè)打開去踢右手,這聽起來并不難。重點(diǎn)來了!劉教練說,要得到更好的效果,要先將膝蓋提起來,大腿超過和地面平行之后,再向外打開小腿踢出去,這原來是一個(gè)分解動(dòng)作!For better results, lift the knee first, and then open the lower leg to kick out when the thigh is higher than parallel to the ground. These are actually two separate motions!
劉教練語錄:不要向后踢,是要在側(cè)面你看得到的地方踢。為什么?因?yàn)槟阍谔唠ψ影。?/span>看不到了怎么踢?“Don't kick back, but kick to the side where you can see it (your foot). Why? Imagine you're kicking a shuttlecock! How do you do that if you can’t see it?” 這是在劉教練的很多健身操中都有的一個(gè)上肢配合動(dòng)作,看上去就是簡(jiǎn)單地把手臂斜向上伸出去。劉教練說,no no no,他憑借30多年的健身和教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),已經(jīng)隔著屏幕看到你做錯(cuò)了。這個(gè)動(dòng)作同樣可以分解為先把肘部抬高過肩膀,然后用力地打開小臂劈出去。這個(gè)時(shí)候,可以感覺到大臂后側(cè)、甚至后背的肌肉都在收緊,反復(fù)練習(xí)達(dá)到雕塑手臂和背部線條的作用。
