尊敬的 先生/女士：
世界漢學(xué)研究會(huì)自2016年宣告成立以來(lái)，已有來(lái)自世界40多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的漢學(xué)家和學(xué)者加盟。為推進(jìn)漢學(xué)的深入發(fā)展，促進(jìn)中西方學(xué)界的團(tuán)結(jié)與合作，世界漢學(xué)研究會(huì)與德中協(xié)會(huì)擬聯(lián)合舉辦「首屆世界漢學(xué)論壇（紀(jì)念德中協(xié)會(huì)60周年）暨世界漢學(xué)研究會(huì)會(huì)員代表大會(huì)」。素仰閣下於漢學(xué)研究造詣精深，特函請(qǐng)撥冗與會(huì)並發(fā)表卓見宏文（會(huì)議網(wǎng)站為 http://china-studies.com）。茲將初擬會(huì)議相關(guān)事宜報(bào)告如後，並恭候回覆。
一、會(huì)議時(shí)間
會(huì)議暫定於2017年8月18日至23日召開，8月18日?qǐng)?bào)到，19日上午世界漢學(xué)研究會(huì)會(huì)員代表大會(huì)，19日下午至20日下午學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)，21至22日分組討論， 23日離會(huì)。
二、會(huì)議地點(diǎn)
德國(guó)維藤大學(xué)（WittenUniversity）, Alfred-Herrhausen-Stra?e 44, 58455 Witten。德國(guó)的西德魯爾區(qū)維藤市。最近的機(jī)場(chǎng)：杜塞爾多夫（Düsseldorf, 請(qǐng)?zhí)崆巴ㄖ獣?huì)務(wù)組安排接送班車）。與會(huì)者也可以自己從機(jī)場(chǎng)火車站坐火車到維藤市站（票價(jià)大概20歐元，總共需要90分鐘）。

3、中外漢學(xué)不同範(fàn)疇的分類研究
4、中國(guó)文學(xué)的翻譯與國(guó)際傳播

6、其他相關(guān)漢學(xué)議題
四、會(huì)議使用語(yǔ)言
會(huì)議使用中文與英文兩種語(yǔ)言，同時(shí)配備“中←→德”同聲傳譯。
五、論文要求
1、申請(qǐng)參會(huì)者需提交規(guī)範(fàn)的學(xué)術(shù)論文一篇，並就此作簡(jiǎn)短口頭報(bào)告。
2、參會(huì)的申請(qǐng)表與演講題目請(qǐng)於2017年5月31日前以電子文本的形式發(fā)送到會(huì)議學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)電子郵箱：wacs@china-studies.com。
3、論文摘要（500個(gè)漢字，200英文詞）請(qǐng)於2017年6月15日前以電子文本的形式發(fā)送到會(huì)議學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)電子郵箱：wacs@china-studies.com。
4、論文請(qǐng)於2017年7月1日前以電子文本的形式發(fā)送到會(huì)議學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)電子郵箱：wacs@china-studies.com（2017年7月15日以後，會(huì)議學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)將不再接收會(huì)議論文）。
5、論文語(yǔ)言可以是中文（8000-15000個(gè)漢字左右）或者英文（10000詞左右）。中文論文須符合規(guī)範(fàn)要求，即請(qǐng)?jiān)谡撐臉?biāo)題之下標(biāo)明作者姓名及供職單位；如有注釋請(qǐng)採(cǎi)用腳注形式，全文注釋每頁(yè)重新編號(hào)。英文論文請(qǐng)按國(guó)際規(guī)範(fàn)寫作。
6、所有與會(huì)者在大會(huì)發(fā)表論文；會(huì)後將擇優(yōu)編輯出版論文集。
六、與會(huì)費(fèi)用
會(huì)議收取會(huì)務(wù)費(fèi)120歐元/人（會(huì)員90歐元/人），其餘會(huì)議期間的費(fèi)用由主辦方承擔(dān)。交通費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)自理。住宿費(fèi)單人間每晚約90歐元，雙人房每人約50歐元。
七、會(huì)議回執(zhí)及正式邀請(qǐng)
收到本邀請(qǐng)函後，請(qǐng)您及時(shí)填寫《會(huì)議回執(zhí)》並於2017年5月31日前寄回，以便奉寄正式邀請(qǐng)函。正式邀請(qǐng)函，將在收到回執(zhí)後隨第2號(hào)通知呈上。

Yourpaper can be in Chinese (8,000-15,000 characters), or English (10000 words)
If youwant to present at the conference, please submit the enclosed form by email tothe conference organizing committee. The conference papers will be edited andpublished in a conference volume, and a selection of the Chinese papers will bepublished in journals too, e.g. in European Journal of Chinese Studies.
ConferenceAttendance Fee
Theevent has been made possible thanks to the sponsors European Science &Scholarship Association, European Dream of the Red Chamber Society and the hostWitten/Herdecke University. There is a conference fee for speakers (120 € foreach non-member, 90 € for members), none for the au-dience. Please arrangetravel by yourself. If you register in time, the Conference Orga-ni-zingCommittee offers to help you to find accommodation at conference discount rates(90 € each night, double rooms 50 € for each person).
